Weekly Maintenance is $0.09/square foot with a service contract Biweekly Maintenance is $0.11/square foot with a service contract Monthly Maintenance is $0.14/square foot with a service contract *Some homes require more time to clean than others. Our cleaners will discuss adjusting prices with each client as necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. This service is being booked by the hour. The time it takes to complete these services depends upon the size and condition of your home and the number of items you have. 2. We have not seen your home and cannot guarantee that your home will be completed in the time you purchased. We will stay as long as possible, but may have to schedule more time. 3. This service requires heavy lifting and moving of heavy items. Please keep children and pets away from the areas we are working in to prevent injury to them and our staff. 4. We welcome your input, but we ask that you and all other adults be aware that our staff is working and need to remain focused to avoid injury Financing Policy 1. We offer financing for our services. If you use Affirm or Klarna, you will be required to pay a 10% financing fee directly to Harmony Helpers LLC. (For example, if a $350 charge is financed, Harmony Helpers LLC will require you to pay us $35 (10%) directly, bringing your total to $385.) Reschedule & Cancelation Policy 1. You'll receive a full refund if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours' notice. You'll forfeit 50% of your payment if you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours, and 100% of your payment for less than 12 hours' notice. 2. We respect the time of our clients and staff equally. You will lose your payment if you miss an appointment without prior notice. *You will be given one opportunity to reschedule and will be charged an additional 50% of the service you initially purchased. 3. If you are late, your appointment starts at your scheduled time. Our team may not be able to complete your job, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stay later than your scheduled appointment time. You'll be charged $55 per hour per organizer for any additional time. *BUGS & RODENTS* Suppose you have roaches, silverfish, or rodents, and do not disclose that information before we arrive. In that case, you will be charged the full cost of replacing tools, towels, vacuums, mops, and bags that have been contaminated. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations that pose a health or safety risk to our staff or clients. This includes contagious illnesses, rodent or bug infestations, black mold, biohazards, and aggressive behavior. Aggressive behavior or harassment of any kind will result in a forfeiture of your payment.*
